From Idea to Finished Piece
The custom rug process is collaborative and straightforward. Here's what to expect from start to finish.

Share Your Vision
Fill out our inquiry form with your idea — size, colors, design concept, and any reference images you have. The more detail, the better, but we can work from almost anything.

Design Consultation
We'll connect to talk through your concept, refine the design, confirm sizing, and go over pricing and timeline. We want to make sure we get it exactly right before we start.

Design Approval
We'll send you a digital mockup for your review. You'll have a chance to request adjustments before we put yarn to frame. Nothing starts until you give the green light.

We Get to Work
Once approved and your deposit is placed, we handcraft your rug in our Columbus studio. Timelines vary by complexity, but we'll keep you updated throughout.

Pickup or Delivery
When your rug is complete, you'll pick it up from the studio or we'll arrange local delivery. We'll also send you photos so you can see the finished piece before you arrive.

How much does a custom rug cost?
Pricing depends on size, complexity, and the amount of detail involved. Most custom pieces start around $150 and go up from there. We'll give you an exact quote during your consultation before any commitment is required.
How long does it take?
Turnaround time depends on the size and complexity of your design, as well as our current queue. Simple pieces can be done in 1–2 weeks; larger or more detailed rugs may take 3–4 weeks. We'll give you an accurate timeline at the start.
What sizes are available?
We can create rugs in a wide range of sizes, from small accent pieces (12"x12") to larger statement rugs. Our frame size does set an upper limit — ask us about your specific dimensions during the consultation.
Can I use my own design or photo?
Absolutely. We work from photos, drawings, digital files, or even a rough sketch. The more reference material you can provide, the more accurately we can capture your vision.
